Dear all,

It has been quite a while when we had our last ALMA system engineering
telecon, but since we now move to a new phase of the project it is the
right time to start again with this meeting. I therefore propose that we
have a meeting tomorrow where we discuss the following topics:

1. SE&I IPT telecons:
    -Do we need to change the current telecon scheme (e.g. time)?

2. SE&I IPT resources for 2002:
    -Summary of expected manpower / budget at NA and European sides of
the project

3. ALMA documentation:
    -Status of document management tool
    -Update of documentation plan
