Subject: [bananas] Another patch to 31DEC07

The error I found recently in FACSET was judged significant enough
to patch 31DEC07.  The CCs for standard models are summed over a
region and that sum scales with the flux in the SU table to multiply
the standard source model.  Due to an indexing error, the wrong radius 
was used for 3C286 when it was named by its other names such as 
1331+305.  This led to a modest scaling error in all fluxes.

The patch is ready for manual installation and will be ready for MNJ 
installation in an hour or so.
