[Casa-framework] building alma

Greetings,

Michel has checked in all the necessary code to build the asdm  
filler. And it all builds just fine provide you have antlr  
installed.  I have a tar ball at

/home/ballista2/wyoung/antlr-2.7.7.tar.gz

which you can grab and make a private installation until we have an  
RPM for it.  You will need to set in your local makedefs

ANTLRROOT := /home/ballista/wyoung/antlr
ANTLRLIBD := $(ANTLRROOT)/lib
ANTLRINCD := $(ANTLRROOT)/include
ANTLRLIB := -lantlr

Change the ANTLRROOT to your location.  Once we have the RPM for  
ANTLR these definitions will be unnecessary.
