[Casa-framework] function names

Greetings,

I have figured out how to get meaningful html names from htlatex, but  
to do that requires us not to have any _'s in the function names.   
Right now there is only one method is_measure that is causing  
trouble. What say you to "no underscores allowed in function names"?  
We can keep the underscores but you get docs/CasaRef/CasaRefsu56.html  
instead of docs/CasaRef/image.putchunk.html.
