[Casa-framework] Access to CASA reference manual

Greetings,

You may now access the CASA reference manual via html directly, A  
module is specified as autoflag-Module.html, a tool as autoflag- 
Tool.hml and a method as autoflag.summary.html.  Change autoflag to  
your favorite tool/module. The directory is docs/casaref.  You should  
use relative links if the documentation is in the code tree,  
otherwise http://casa.nrao.edu/docs/casaref/...

Please be advised we no long accept underscores (_) in our names.
