[Casa-framework] Removed symbolic links

Greetings,

I have remove the symbolic links in code/include from the repository.  
But wait you need them!  Actually the build system puts them in for  
you via the

gmake symlinks

in code.

So after you an "svn update" in code.  I suggest doing a

gmake symlinks

although a sneeze or gmake  should do it for you too. Anyway that's  
what's going on when you see those include symbolic links being removed.
