[Casa-framework] a few bits

* Where is the extremely-useful cvs history command in svn?  (I'd be very 
sorry to see it go...).  I'm sure something like it could be provided even 
given cvs-svn design differences.

* This has been a singularly difficult week for digging out from under 
email.  (Not complaining, really -- we need the info and news, esp. from 
Darrell and Wes).  I just hope I can find the needed info again among the 
deluge.

* Could we carry on the svn - branches - build discussions in the framework 
or (nearly-moribund) developers list instead of by individuals (or would 
this involve unnecessary individuals in the flood?)
