[Casa-framework] a couple more viewer comments

Hi Everyone,

Just a couple of additions to my previous note.

1. When it blink mode it appears as though the cursor only tracks
the first registered image. Honglin tells me this is a known problem

2. I am able to crash and core dump the viewer if in blink mode I unregister
all the images and then try to register them. This may be an illegitimate thing
to do. I am not entirely sure what unregister actually does. However the
close button still knows about all the images, so I assume they are 
"present". In any case the viewer should not crash.
