[Casa-framework] Porting glish

Hi Wes,

Now that we have removed the old glish applications from the framework I 
am find it more challenging to locate the glish applications that I am 
porting.  The http://aips2.nrao.edu website is down and I have to scrounge 
through old builds to find the *.g and *.help files.  We really need to 
keep this stuff handy until the porting is complete.  My preference would 
be to keep the aips2.nrao.edu site functional because the *.help files 
look nicer at html than on paper.
