Wes,

Some questions/comments about the Wiki pages.

- the Implementation guide, when printed has 12.5 blank pages between
'CVS modules' and the next line ('Begin in a directory ...'). Any reason
for that?

- the Cookbook, but also the Implementation guide, but less  important)
have  very long line before they are wrapped. This makes printing (and
even reading it from screen, since there are too many lines not in html
free format but in <pre>, and probably the longest line defines the
screen width) al but impossible.
Would it be possible to limit the wrap width on the wiki pages?
