[Casa-framework] XML files

Greetings,

I made an improvement to the xslt file that generates the casa*.xml  
files in gcode and in the process we discovered (thanks to Raymond) a  
couple of issues with functional.xml and tableplot.xml.  I have fixed  
the problems and checked the XML files back into the system. So now  
all XML files are generated and build properly (that sound you hear  
is my fist hitting my head). Given that it's late here, I will send  
out tomorrow a brief note on setting defaults, for records, arrays,  
and complex numbers. I'll also put this information up on the twiki  
so you can find it. Also, Darrell fixed a "nice little bug" in  
variant.  So if you haven't done it lately, please do a cvs update -d  
-P , followed by a sneeze -l&; then a gmake componentslib.
