[chuug] Flash developers out there?

I know this isn't Linux specific, but...

I'm looking to contract a flash developer to do two pretty simple yet
beautiful flash applets for me.

I could probably do it, but Flash isn't my forte, and I really don't
have the time.  I have some pretty specific requirements including that
both apps pull data from an XML file served by the web server, and both
are somewhat themeable (colors) using variable supplied from the page
it's embedded within.

Contact me for more details if interested.  I'd like these completed
within the next couple of weeks.  I'll give more specs and you can tell
me how much you'd charge.

A nondisclosure and transfer of all copyright and source code will be
required.
