[iaufwg] call for volunteers

Dear IAU-FWG members,

I'd like to thank Lucio Chiappetti, Betty Stobie, Clive Page, and Dick 
Shaw for volunteering to serve with me on a technical panel to draft 
proposed changes to update and clarify the FITS Standard document.  The 
panel will begin its work in late January;  we'll try to keep the rest 
of the IAU-FWG informed about our plans and progress once we get organized.
