Apologies, Steve Allen pointed out that the version in the document is
older than the version that I had been working on and which I sent
separately (after all, it is two years since I last looked at it).

I think it would be premature to add CTYPEia values for colour spaces,
but otherwise it would be a good idea for the documentation to be
updated (by someone).
