[iaufwg] ADASS FITS BoF on Sunday

Dear IAU-FWG members,

This is for those of you that plan to attend the next ADASS meeting (15-18 
Oct, 2006, in Tucson, Arizona, USA):

The ADASS organizers have asked me if there are any objections to holding 
the traditional FITS Birds-of-a-Feather session on the opening Sunday, from 
4:30 to 6:00 pm, (instead of in the late afternoon or early evening on 
Monday or Tuesday).  There will probably be no other technical sessions on 
Sunday, and this would be just before the opening reception, at 7:00pm.  The 
last time the FITS BoF was held on Sunday afternoon (2 years ago) we had a 
very large attendance, so unless many of you have objections, I will tell 
the organizers that this is OK.
