As a reminder, please read the "Mapping on the HEALPix grid" paper, which is 
available from the lead author's web page at 
http://www.atnf.csiro.au/~mcalabre.  If there are no more comments or 
discussion about it, then I plan to call for the IAU-FWG vote to approve it 
early next week.

Here is the proposed wording of the resolution that we will vote on:

FITS WCS Paper II ("Representations of celestial coordinates in FITS"
Calabretta, M. R., and Greisen, E. W., Astronomy & Astrophysics, 395,
1077-1122, 2002) was written with the intention that new spherical
projection types might be added in the future.   The conventions for one
such spherical projection, namely,the HEALPix projection, are given in
Section 6 of the paper "Mapping on the HEALPix grid" by Mark Calabretta and
Boud Roukema (available at http://www.atnf.csiro.au/~mcalabre).  The IAU
FITS Working Group hereby approves this HEALPix convention as an addition
to the FITS World Coordinate System (WCS) standard.
