This sounds like a good idea, particularly if there were some way
to automate the process. For example, messages including a certain
keyword, or which reply to a certain thread set up for review comments,
would automatically be linked to the extension. I just hate to see anyone
have to maintain such a thing manually. It could probably be done with
procmail and hypermail, for example.
