In conformance with RFC 2119, most instances of "must not"
should be italic for both words.
Point 7 of the summary refers to section 4.1.2.3 and the added rule
that keywords with a value shall not be repeated in a HDU. Almost
every FITS file from the optical spectrographs and imagers at Keck has
always violated this rule. I don't defend that practice, I simply
report it. This new rule would ex post facto declare all those Keck
files to be non-conforming.
Section 8.4.1 seems to stop at SSYSOBSa, neglecting the
reserved keywords which appear after it in table 8.2.
This looks like some sort of fumble.
As seen in point 33 of the summary, Appendix C now omits all WCS
keywords (which is okay because they are covered in their own
section), but it makes no mention of the existence of those other
reserved WCS keywords. I think that Appendix C should alert the
reader to those keywords and direct the reader to section 8.
Other than those, yes, it looks ready.
Table 1.1 looks awfully familiar 8-)
