[iaufwg] 'Hierarchical Grouping' convention

Dear IAUFWG members,

The public comment period on the Hierarchical Grouping convention by 
Jennings et al. has now ended.  I have updated the description document 
to address the minor issues that were raised (mainly by Mark 
Calabretta).  This revised document, as well as a digest of all the 
emails that were submitted during the public comment period are now 
available from the Registry web page at 
http://fits.gsfc.nasa.gov/fits_registry.html.

Unless there are other comments or suggestions from you, I plan to move 
this convention out of the 'under review' section and into the 
'registered convensions' section of the registry in the next week or 2.
