Sorry for the delay but I have now gone through the revised document
again (both the list of changes and the color code difference version).
In general, I can accept all changes made.  There are only two very minor
issues left:

  1) in 4.1.2.3, it is mentions that 'All other keywords that have a value
      should not appear more than once.'

       I accept that one cannot avoid duplicate keywords in headers as
       such cases already exist.  The value is obviously 'indeterminate'
       as stated.  Since the case of duplicate keywords are mentions,
       it may be appropriate to warn against repeating the same keyword
       with different value types.  I would find it very bad practice to do so
       and would not expect to find such usage in any existing FITS file.

  2) in Appendix F I assume 'FOREIGN' should be 'FOREIGN '

Otherwise, thanks for a very nice upgrade of the document.
