I accept the new version of the FITS standard.

On behalf of the optical Keck instruments developed by the teams at
UCO/Lick and Caltech I humbly accept this award. 8-)
Don't ask what they were thinking, for there is no answer, and I've
done my best to document and rewrite the code such that it becomes
possible to consider stopping the practice -- perhaps starting with
the next detector upgrade that we're reviewing today.
