I'm happy with your proposed responses on these issues - except for the 
correction of the minor errors, I don't think this is the time to make further 
changes unless there is something seriously wrong.

Agreed, and a standard way of expressing columns of angles and their translation 
to sexagesimals, and probably other things; but it really isn't feasible to do 
this at this stage.

I agree that it would be useful to have this, and as an appendix not part of the 
format standard.  But I guess that depends on whether any of us have time to 
work on this.
