[iaufwg] IAU Report on FITS

Dear Colleagues,

I have been asked to prepare a report summarizing the activities of the 
FITS Working Group during the current triennium, 2006 - 2009.  This will 
be published in the Transactions of the IAU, Volume XXVIIA in February 2009.

Attached is a draft of this report.  Please let me know if you have any 
comments or suggestions by early next week.  I need to submit the report 
by July 15.
