[iaufwg] Euro3D FITS convention

Getting back to some other long overdue business, I have moved the 
Euro3D FITS convention out of the "under review" section into the 
"registered" section of the FITS registry at 
http://fits.gsfc.nasa.gov/fits_registry.html.  The public comment period 
on this convention started way back in November 2007.  There is also a 
link on the Euro3D registry page to the only set of submitted comments, 
from Lucio Chiappetti.
