[iaufwg] Call for vote on editorial issue

I also prefer leaving out the reference to random groups.  Not being familiar 
with random groups, I found it a bit confusing, and would probably have to put 
in some research to understand it completely.  On the other hand, since I 
understood the overall sense of the paragraph, I didn't put any effort into 
understanding what appeared to be an offhand comment.

I think it's perfectly reasonable to poll the IAUFWG committee as to their 
preferences on what is really a bit of wordsmithing, not a change in the 
standard itself.
