I will record this as a 'Yes' vote, but note that it is conditional upon 
reaching a satisfactory solution to this one technical issue.  I am sure 
we can find a good solution, but first we must finish the vote that is 
now in progress.  Most of the votes are already in; if you are one of 
the few that have not yet sent me your vote, please try to do so within 
the next couple of days.
