Dear colleagues,

Please find attached the schedule of IAU XXVII General Assembly Business 
Meetings.
This schedule follows as much as possible your requirements as far as 
received upon
my request of  3 September 2008, asking you to inform me of your 
requirements
before 1 November 2008.  You will be informed about the specific room 
allocation for
your Business Meeting in the course of May 2009.

If no Business Meeting for your Commission or Working/Program Group has 
been listed,
you could discuss with your Division President how to arrange things 
within your Division
or Commission Business Meeting.

The daily GA2009 scheme is:
Session 1	09:00 - 10:30 hr
Session 2	11:00 -- 12:30 hr
Session 3	14:00 - 15:30 hr
Session 4	16:00 - 17:30 hr
